Head of Marketing

As our Head of Marketing, you will...
- Devise and implement a B2B marketing strategy to establish our
name as the ONLY cart recovery business option; blowing our
competitors out of the water
- Be our public eye by managing all PR internally in a proactive,
proficient, profound way
- Utilise and grow your network to maximise cross marketing and
sales opportunities
Essentially you will...
- Be well conversed in managing all aspects of B2B marketing
campaigns, ideally with brand establishment and in-house PR
exposure
- Have creative flair, drive and motivation with the ability to
think outside the box
- Have captivating communication skills, whether in writing,
speaking or presenting
- Be adaptable to changing priorities as you effectively balance
the different areas of marketing

Lead Front End Designer

Our Implementation Team own the client journey once contracts
have exchanged hands and have the varied and rewarding
responsibility of establishing and customising our service to suit
our eager clients. From satisfying requests, to developing and
testing JavaScript, to creating a professional, appealing customer
communication, we have a dedicated person to put each step in place
in order for our clients to begin regaining their lost revenue.
As a Lead Designer, you will...
- Design innovative branded emails for some of the most
prestigious retailers out there
- Build your design into HTML, then watch it go live and bring in
your client's lost revenue
- Lead your direct report to deliver inspiring designs and
maximise their potential
Essentially you will...
- Have recently held a senior role, responsible for
delegating responsibilities
- Be experienced in creating attractive, eye catching designs
& HTMLs, ideally in email creation
- Be adaptable to changing priorities, as you effectively balance
numerous clients' needs
- Also be a committed team player, able to integrate easily into

A creative technology qualification is also

- Work collaboratively with other business functions to provide a

Essentially you will...
- Have strong experience of both technical (HTML/XHTML 4+,
JavaScript 1.5+) and customer facing responsibilities
- Be able to change your communication style from customer
service, to tech talk, to senior management professionalism,
at the click of a mouse
- Be adaptable to changing priorities, as you effectively balance
numerous clients' needs
- Also be a committed team player, able to integrate easily into

A computer science related qualification is also attractive.
