The problem

The same bestsellers, shown to everyone.

On many sites, recommendations rely on popularity alone. They push products with broken size runs, low-margin items, or the very product the visitor has just viewed.

The visitor is looking for something else: a matching item, or an alternative available in their size. Without a relevant recommendation, they miss it, and so do you.
Three conversion levers

The right product, in the right place, at the right moment.

SaleCycle recommendations draw on the visit in progress and on your commercial goals.

Scoring that weighs margin and stock

AI scores each product on popularity, margin and available stock, not popularity alone. You recommend products the visitor can actually buy, and that serve your goals.
In practice
A size is out of stock, so the "Similar items" block suggests an alternative that's available.

Your team stays in control

Combine precise rules (a product, a tag, a category) with algorithmic ones (top sellers, margin). AI suggests, your merchandising team decides.
In practice
Feature a new collection on your product pages without touching the rest of your logic.

On site and in your emails

"Recommended for you", "Similar items", "Trending now", cross-sells and bundles: the blocks sit on your pages and in your follow-up emails.

Commonly asked, quickly answered

Does SaleCycle work with Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud?
Yes. SaleCycle integrates with Magento (Adobe Commerce) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. It also works with other leading eCommerce platforms. Le Temps des Cerises, for example, uses the native Magento integration.
We already have a recommendation engine. Do we need to replace it?
No. SaleCycle can complement your current set-up, for example where your recommendations don't appear today: the basket, exit intent, follow-up emails.
How do you measure the impact of recommendations?
Against a control group. Some visitors don't see the recommendations, and the difference between the two groups shows the real gain, not an estimate.
Do we need a developer?
Very little. Installation relies on a single master tag and your product feed. The blocks are then configured without code.
Does the demo commit us to anything?
No. The demo is free and comes with no commitment.
